This year we're having a fondue party with the kids. Only melted chocolate in that pot, but I can't wait.

I wish I had something fun and exciting to give you here but I don't. We aren't doing/buying/seeing anything. This year is all about getting out of debt so we are just going to sit at home, watch a Netflix movie and call it a night. She is making me watch the 3rd of the Twilight Saga (already made me watch the other 2). That should show how much I love her right there!

Nothing. Chris gave me a bag of dark chocolate already. Monday's are so inconvenient for holidays.

we usually go out to dinner. Sometimes we exchange candy or something. this year... nothing

My DH has to work 2- 24 hour shifts on Monday and Tuesday, and I have to work sunday, monday and tuesday night shift so we wont even see each other...

Happy Valentines Day to you and your hubby Laura

We don't usually do anything... we show each other how much we love each other all the time! We don't need a commericalised day which only benefits the retailers to say "I love you"!

If you do like the whole 'Valentines Day'thing.... good luck having a nice day.

My monthly doctor'a appt. takes us out to eat once a month-so I guess I already "celebrated with my husband Thursday night.

I hope that we show each other we love them every day. I think it's become a lot commercial, really another Hallmark/Whitman thing.

What I know I'll do, Lord willing, is take my Mama 2 beautiful heart- shaped boxes of candy at the nursing home. One from us and one from our son and DIL--and she'll be happy--and we'll be happy. :)

Hope MOnday is a calm and happy day for you Laura.

Nada. Steven is a chef in a fine dining restaurant. Vday means he works a 16 hour day with standing room only reservations. By the time he gets home, he falls into bed and passes out. One of the down sides to being married to a chef! But, usually we try to hit Walgreens the day after and he buys me discount chocolates! LOL
