My niece gave me my christmas present yesterday :) She got it back in November but between all going on in our lives had forgotten to give it to me until yesterday. I love Christmas in January. and I LOVE this present!!

I'm a terrible cook. End of sad story!
I don't cook often. On holidays I make "Bachelor Rice".
1 cup Uncle Ben's white rice
1 can French Onion Soup
1 can Beef Consumme (sp)
1 stick butter
Mix all of it together in casserole dish and cut up butter all over. Cook in 350 degree oven for an hour.
It is good!!
