it's another one of those....

days where I have so much on my mind and heart that... I manage to get pretty much nothing done.

needless to say my mind is never far from Martha and Halo...
Martha sent some pics of Halo for me to post...
pretty little sweetums... needs to see grandma I am sure...
I see smiles are still hard to capture on camera....
 such pretty deep eyes...
and squishy squeezy legs and arms.....

Sister finally got here... been working SLOWLY on cleaning out the spare room so she has a haven to hide in when necessary... got a lot done but  have a lot more to go...

Michael finally finished draining the pool today so tomorrow it should be dry enough to fold/ roll back up and return to the store... the metal frame pool will arrive one day soon.

anyway have tons more rattleing about in my head... it would probably scare you all away so will keep it to myself for the time being....

Hope you have a good weekend.
God Bless.

Dear Laura,
Sometimes nothing seems to fix the heartaches of life. Your sadness is certainly not because of a lack of effort on your part. You are a caring and wonderful person.
When all else seems to be falling apart and there are no clear answers, a friend told me once that you have to step aside and let God take over.... that when you worry too much and try to find too many answers you are getting in the way of God's help.
I don't completely understand this because I believe that God helps those who help themselves... but I saw this "stepping aside" work. It's kind of magic. By stepping aside and quieting down the brain and heart' you begin to hear the inner voice of God.
I, for one, think that God works best when Man doesn't try to make everything better.
The "rattleing" in you head needs a rest, my friend. Let go of the expectation that MJ is going to somehow, miraculously, be anyone but who she is. Please let God sort it all out in his own way. You have done so much. Step back, listen and there will be some answers and, hopefully, some peace.
Love ya...

Ahhh, Laura. If we could only shut the rattling off in our heads... I've been trying to lay low and let time and the good Lord work on my depression, you know the old ostrich head in the sand number, but it seems that it's taking a long time. Be thankful for the pictures of beautiful Halo. At least you are still on the list for photos, but I'm with you... I'd want to squeeze and cuddle and count little toes and wee, wee, wee all the way home.

Love you lady... Hang in.

Helen

Halo is beautiful and yes she needs her Grandma Laura. I pray that soon that lil sweet thing will be back in your life where she belongs. All children need their Grandma's. I love ya Laura and I pray for you daily. Keep the chin up, seems all of us blogger friends are in the black hole. Please pray for me also.

What a sweet baby, and she is gorgeous in that color green.

You try to carry your burdens alone. Stop that! Remember, there's someone else that will help if you let Him.
